Corwin Wire Twister
tungsten carbide, serrated jaws, long tips, 6-1/4″ (15.9 cm) Corwin Wire Twister is a specialized instrument crafted to handle wire. Wires can e placed in a variety of surgical settings that require addition of and manipulation of wire. Producedures such as laminectomies require for the vertebrae to be stabilized so that it may heal correctly and reduce trauma to the spine. This twister features tungsten carbide inserts which confer stability as well as serrated jaws which gives them an additional stable grasp on the wire. Additionally this twister has long tips that allow it to fit into some tighter spaces.
