Phlebectomy Forceps are generally used in the removal of surface varicose veins. They have very small jaws that protrudes at a 90-degree angle to the shaft, allowing for grasping of vessels under the skin while minimizing trauma, and also have sharp serrations for maximum grip potential. The forceps are made in Germany from operating room quality stainless steel, and have a dull satin finish to reduce glare.
