This needle holder features ring handles for manual handling as well as a ratcheting mechanism for creating and sustaining a particular level of tension. Additionally, this instrument is formed from titanium making it stronger and lighter than it's stainless steel counterparts as well as having jaws with metallurgically bonded tungsten carbide particles further reinforcing their strength. This instrument is available in three different lengths 7 1/8", 8 5/8" and 10" to accommodate a number of different surgical scenarios.
