Brinkerhoff Rectal Speculum Brinkerhoff Rectal Speculum features two tapering blades that can be inserted into the lower rectum and then opened by the spring handles for examination into the lower rectum and anus. Hemorrhoidal Ligator w/ offset handle, supplied w/ large loading cone, 7" (17.8 cm) McGivney Hemorrhoidal Ligator is used in conjunction with the McGivney Hemorrhoid Grasping Forceps to ligate a hemorrhoid with an O-ring. The ligator features an offset handle for easier navigation and use within the rectum. The loading cone is inserted into the ligating drum of the ligator for placement of the O-ring around the neck of the hemorrhoid.

Mathieu Rectal Speculum 3 blades, working length 90.0 mm, 8-1/4" (21.0 cm) Mathieu Rectal Speculum features three prongs that can be inserted into the rectum and dilated up to 2" for examination of the lower rectum and anus. The prongs can be opened by a spring handle and set to a certain diameter by a screw mechanism. The instrument is chrome plated.

Rectal Snares insulated, for electro-coagulation, bayonet shape Rectal Snares are ideal for treatment of polyps or abnormal growths in the lower pelvic colon out of the reach of fingers. The snare is designed in in a bayonet shape with strong handles allowing of optimal viewing of the proctoscopic field. The attached cannula is insulated for electrocoagulation treatment. The snare features a wire loop at the distal end for encompassing and treating various sizes of growths. The snares are available in different lengths to accommodate a wide range of cases.
