Gillies Forceps are designed for use in cardiothoracic surgical procedures for a wide variety of scenarios in which a delicate grasping tool is necessary. Whether delicate vascular needs to be grasped or suturing material needs to be handled these forceps are well suited for use in areas where fingers are too large. The ribbed handles increase the grip and ease in handle of these forceps while a dusting of tungsten carbide give the jaws are higher gripping strength. This instrument is available in 1.0 or 2.0 mm tips making this suitable for a variety of delicate grasping scenarios.
